Despatch
All orders placed on weekdays before 3pm are despatched on the same day. If you happen to place an order after this time, don’t worry, we’ll take care of it and despatch it the next working day. Please note, that orders placed after this time on Fridays and during weekends will be sent out on Monday, unless it’s a bank holiday.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail Next Working Day. There’s a £1.99 delivery charge on orders under £20, orders over £20 are entitled to free delivery. Royal Mail advises that your delivery will arrive 1-3 working days after despatch, however, occasionally there may be delays, for example, following a bank holiday or busy period.
Tracking
Don’t worry if you don’t see all the details right away! This is not a fully tracked service, so the information will only show up after the first delivery attempt. You can track your item on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website. The reference number you’ll need is alphanumeric and has 21 characters. Keep an eye on it, and you’ll see the updates soon!
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer international shipping (outside of the UK). However, if this changes in the future, we will notify our customers through email. So, be sure to sign up for NPD newsletters! We appreciate your interest and hope to serve you internationally soon.
Age Verification
Sometimes our courier may ask for age verification when delivering your order. This is important to ensure only those aged 18 or older handle any age-restricted items from your order. You can use a UK Driving License or UK Passport as valid forms of ID.
Changes and Cancellations If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team right away. We do our best to despatch orders quickly, so there may be occasions when we can’t make adjustments, but we’re always here to help.
